Developed a reporting tool for a Scottish government department, consolidating multiple datasets into a clean, interactive Power BI dashboard. The project improved transparency and allowed for faster, evidence-based decision-making while ensuring sensitive data remained confidential.

This project involved transforming a series of large, complex datasets into a structured analytical framework to support evidence-based policy decisions. Multiple datasets exceeding 12 million rows were provided in separate formats and required extensive cleaning and consolidation.
A new workflow reduced processing time from two days to 10 hours, producing a unified dataset and an interactive dashboard to enable faster insights and informed decision-making.
The final dashboard enabled stakeholders to quickly monitor key metrics, explore trends, and make evidence-based decisions. The project delivered significant improvements in data accessibility, efficiency, and usability for the organisation.
